What is the Kiongozi Leadership Program?

💫The Kiongozi Leadership Program is a personal leadership program resulting in a real life project.

🙋🏿‍♂️🙋🏽It is in the form of a cohort with 10-15 fellows led by expert facilitators.

👑 Kiongozi is Swahili for 'leader' and the program is designed to turn followers into leaders of their field and industry.

🌟 Being about personal leadership, the lessons are thought provoking and self reflective. The weekly assignments give the fellow time to reflect and discover themselves as a leader.

⭐With expert guidance, the fellow will seek answers to questions such as:
❓How do I craft a clear life vision? How do I find my purpose? How can I discover my gifts? How can I develop a plan to bring their vision to life?
🎁 At the end of the program they will get help on turning the lessons into a real life tangible project.

🫅🏽👸🏿After the first year, fellows become part of Young Visionaries global community of leaders who are committed to life-long learning, collaboration and and support as they lead in their fields of purpose.

How to apply

Our application process consists of 4 phases.

👩🏿‍💻📖The class is open to African youth and will be carried out online & physically from Nairobi, Kenya. 🇰🇪
💰 The program's training is sponsored, however there are limited slots.
💸Data, transport, and other costs are to be catered for by the fellows.

During the program

Complete a cohort based program led by experienced facilitators.
Develop a clear vision and plan to achieve a personal project of your choosing.
Work with your project buddy in a peer to peer support system.

Beyond the program

Link up with a mentor and kick start your project within 90 days.
Join the global community of Young Visionaries alumni and ambassadors of visionary leadership in all fields and industries.
